1. About Title Studios

Title Studios is a platform that connects creative professionals with people and organisations posting creative opportunities. Title Studios provides the platform only. We are not the employer, agent, or contracting party for any opportunity unless specifically stated in writing.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and select the correct account type (creative, employer, or administrator). You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must be 18 or over to hold an account.

3. Creative membership

Creative membership costs £20 per year. The first 100 creatives receive their first year free as Founding Members; all later members receive a 10-day free trial with full access before deciding. There are no application fees and we do not charge commission on work secured through the platform. Browsing public pages is free for everyone.

4. Posting opportunities

Posting opportunities is free for clients. Creative membership is £20 per year, with the first year free for the first 100 members (Founding Members) and a 10-day free trial for everyone after. Title Studios takes no commission on work secured through the platform. Listings only become visible after moderation. Employers must:

• State exact, honest pay for paid roles. Vague terms such as “competitive rate” are not permitted unless approved.
• Never request upfront payment from creatives.
• Clearly disclose sensitive content (nudity, intimacy, dangerous activity, or work involving minors).
• Comply with all applicable UK laws, including safeguarding and equal-opportunity requirements.

5. Payments & refunds

Listing payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Refunds are available in line with our refund policy, for example where a listing is rejected in moderation. Contact support to request a refund.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not post fraudulent opportunities, request upfront fees, harass other users, scrape data, or misuse the platform. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these terms.

7. Liability

Title Studios is not responsible for the conduct of users, the accuracy of listings, or the outcome of any engagement arranged through the platform. You engage with other users at your own risk and should carry out your own checks.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We'll notify you of material changes.
