For creatives
How much does Title Studios cost?+
For creatives: the first 100 members get their first year free, everyone after gets a 10-day free trial, then it's £20 per year with no application fees and no commission. For clients: posting is completely free.
How do I get more responses?+
Complete your profile, add portfolio photos and a showreel, and write a tailored cover message on each application.
Who can see my contact details?+
You decide. In Privacy settings you can keep your email and phone private until you apply or accept a contact request.
How do I withdraw an application?+
Open ‘My applications’ from your dashboard and choose Withdraw next to any active application.
For employers
How much does posting cost?+
Nothing. Clients post paid opportunities for free and can manage up to 15 applications per post. Pro (£20/year) raises that to 100 per post, and Unlimited (£50/year) removes the cap.
When does my listing go live?+
After payment is completed and the listing passes automated and human moderation.
Can I hide the pay?+
No. Paid roles must state an exact rate. Vague phrases like ‘competitive rate’ aren't allowed unless specifically approved.
How do I manage applicants?+
Each listing has an applicant dashboard where you can filter, shortlist, favourite, message, request auditions and mark people as selected.
Employer posting guidelines
To keep Title Studios trustworthy, all opportunity posters must:
- ✓State exact, honest pay for paid roles.
- ✓Never request upfront payment from creatives.
- ✓Clearly disclose nudity, intimacy, dangerous activity or work involving minors.
- ✓Provide accurate dates, location and usage rights.
- ✓Communicate respectfully and keep applicant data secure.
